It is the beginning of the program year, and I would like to begin by welcoming Deacon Ryan to St. Mary’s! Deacon Ryan Delaney is a transitional deacon, meaning that he is called to the priesthood and will be ordained sometime in 2024. At that point, we will likely loose Deacon Ryan to his new

One of my favorite parts of life is the shifting of seasons. Whether that shift happens in church between Advent to Christmas to Epiphany to Lent to Easter to Ordinary time or it is the shifting of the calendar year from Winter to Spring to Summer to Fall, I love tidying up the previous season

It’s been a hot summer, but I hope you have had a chance to admire our prairie land as the native flowers take a more dominant role. Marit, JR and their team have mowed, sawed, pulled and burned in an effort to encourage the prairie lands to poke through. Thank you to everyone who has

From parking lot attendants, to dessert servers, to grillers, to runners, to ticket sellers, to advertisers, to participants, we worked

It’s here, Strawberry Fest has arrived! I hope you saw our articles in the Waukesha Freeman and Oconomowoc Enterprise. This is our 36th Strawberry Fest, 36 years of partnership with St. Marc’s in Jeanette, 36 years of prayer and service. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to set-up, serve, bake, clean-up and otherwise prepare

Happy Father’s Day! I hope you are able to celebrate the men in your life who have nurtured and mentored you, helping you grow strong and confident in your identity and values. We will be celebrating by offering a prayer and fudge to those who have acted as fathers, either for their own children or
