From Mother Pippa 8.29.2023

One of my favorite parts of life is the shifting of seasons. Whether that shift happens in church between Advent to Christmas to Epiphany to Lent to Easter to Ordinary time or it is the shifting of the calendar year from Winter to Spring to Summer to Fall, I love tidying up the previous season as I move into the upcoming one. Our program year will start again on September 10, and then we will quickly move into Stewardship, Retreat, and the whirl of fall.

As you move from Summer into Fall, I hope you will mark your calendars with the upcoming events:
September 9 – Safety and Awareness Training at Zion at 10 a.m.
September 10 – Kick Off Sunday
September 13 – Wednesday Morning Prayer & Class resumes at 9 a.m.
September 15-16 – Parish Retreat
September 23 – Dousman Beer Garden
September 27 – Homebrewed Faith: St. Francis at 7 p.m. at Rosati’s
