Happy Second Sunday of Christmas, Ninth Day of Christmas and New Year! I hope you had a lovely time with family and friends in all these lovely celebrations. I enjoyed spending time in Minnesota with parents, sisters, in-laws and my niece and nephew. Our Wednesday morning Adult Education resumes on Wednesday, and we will continue

Merry Second Day of Christmas! I hope you are rejoicing in the Incarnation, God-With-Us, that is so unique to Christianity. I am in Minnesota this week with my family and wish you a blessed St. Stephen’s Day. I am grateful to Deacon Chuck for being willing to lead service on this commemoration of the first

We will

As we enter into this time of Advent, I pray for the people of Waukesha, for all those who mourn, grieve and shout to the sky “Why?” I keep them in my prayers, and ask for healing and strength in their community. Sunday is the first Sunday in Advent. It is a time when we

Happy End of the Liturgical Year! This Sunday is the Last Sunday of Year B, also called Christ the King Sunday. Our Gospel readings will move from being mostly from Mark to being mostly from Luke, though this Sunday our Gospel comes from John. We will be talking about our Fests for 2022 at both

Thank you to everyone who donated winter clothing, water bottles and funds to the Hospitality Center in Racine. Their mission is to be “a community of hope and dignity that welcomes all” as well as providing “space to gather and connect with essential resources.” This is a Diocesan mission, and I am so proud of
