I repeatedly think that I know how awesome St. Mary’s is, and then you all raise the bar! Thank you to everyone who worked at Strawberry Fest! You baked, set up, sold, served, parked, ran and otherwise put together an amazing event. We ordered more strawberries this year, and still ran out. We are still adding the receipts, but we are looking at approximately $16k raised this year. You all are incredible!!!
I am on vacation until July 18, and I hope you enjoy two weeks with Mother Liz and Deacon Chuck. Thank you to both clergy folk for their dedication and help!
I’ve put up the signup sheet for Derby Days. We will be serving root beer floats and sundaes again, and I think it will be even busier this year. We don’t have a carnival this year, so we will be one of the few dessert options at Derby Days. Additionally, this is the last year that we will have the frog jump at Derby Days.
