I want to welcome our new Provisional Bishop, Jeff Lee! Bishop Lee was previously the Bishop of Chicago, but retired December 31, 2020 (the same day Bishop Miller retired as our Bishop). Bishop Lee has agreed to serve as designee for provisional bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Milwaukee until we call a new Bishop.

A year ago, on the first Sunday of Daylight Saving, we had our last in person service for 2020. This Sunday, March 14, the first Sunday of Daylight Saving, will mark the start of small in-person services at 8 a.m. on Sundays.

We are continuing to take steps towards opening up, in line with the Diocesan guidelines and requirements. We are currently at 130 active cases per 100,000 residents in Waukesha County. Thank you to Carol C. for leading snow shoeing last Sunday! We had so much fun, from the beginners to the experts, trekking up to the Ice Age Trail. Stay tuned for future outdoor fellowship events, including a flower hike, and potentially roasting marshmallows this summer!
