St. Mary’s will visit Oakridge Farm in Dousman on June 5 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Parish members can bring kids, grand kids, neighbors, family or friends. A box lunch option will be available for purchase or bring your own.
We’ll visit a 200-acre working farm, Oakridge Farm, that was formally run by parish members and is now run by their son. Children and adults will experience farm life up close, a wagon ride, opportunities to touch many of the animals. Learn all about the farm from the guides who also attend St. Mary’s and work there giving farm tours to Milwaukee Public School kids. Oak Ridge Farm is a real working farm with crop fields, many different animals, farming history and facts, and a barn showcasing dairy operations. Sign up at church so we can get a headcount.
