Adopt-A-Highway

ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY

Our parish has a wonderful opportunity to help maintain this stretch of local highway - DR from Hwy 67 to Sawyer Road. St. Mary's name is on the sign in this area, promoting our parish's presence in the community. Waukesha County Highway Operations provides garbage bags as well as brightly colored safety vests for all volunteers.

All are welcome to participate at this volunteer event at 9 a.m. at the Park and Ride on Delafield Road across from Aurora Summit Hospital. The Park-n-ride is at 67 & DR. The lot is actually shut down, however there are several spaces to park along the southern edge of the old lot.  Please wear a mask (for social distancing) and wear gloves (to protect your hands from garbage). Contact Jim Lemerand if you are available to serve. Thank you to all who volunteer for this important project.
