Service Times on Meeting Date:  There will only be one online service that day. We are hoping to have a live Zoom service at 8 a.m. with our new internet provider Spectrum.  If this is not possible, the service will be recorded and posted to Facebook and YouTube after 12 noon.

During the annual meeting, we’ll look at the year 2020 in gratitude and take stock of where we are today in our life, ministry and mission. We’ll examine our finances and vote to affirm the budget adopted by our vestry.

As you may recall, our 2020 budget projected a $30,000 deficit. In May, after the Coronavirus hit, we applied for and received a CARES loan from the Federal Government. We were able to prove that our staffing levels stayed the same for three months. When we were able to do so, Carl applied for loan forgiveness and it was granted to St. Mary’s. This meant that the $27,000 loan, now became a grant and was now income for St. Mary’s.  Thank you to Carl for all his hard work in assembling the necessary paperwork to apply for and receive this loan.  With the help of this loan, we are now able to go into 2021 without a large deficit.

We’ll also choose leadership for the coming year.
